Specifics

The bright and cheery letters measure 28cm high with the entire word being a total of 155cm in length. From the top of the hanging rope to the tip of the ribbon the total height is 138cm. Wooden letters are individually cut and mounted on a wooden frame. Swaying beads, ribbon and all kinds of haberdashery bits all from our hoard of salvaged materials form clusters of colourful tails. A truly one-off original sign.

Story

A simple blend of wood and textiles is a distinguishing characteristic that many of our props share. From 2018 onwards this combination of materials has become something of a love. This playful sign draws on our treasure trove of discarded haberdasheries, costume jewellery and ribbons, combining them with pretty painted wood for a beautiful bohemian vibe. A wedding festival was the inspiration behind this make. It isn’t too big to be hung, say, in a tree en route to the after party. Equally it isn’t so small it would be lost.

Inspiration
